When I was a kid I was encouraged to eat mushy broccoli and wow I thought it was awful. Despite how often I was told it was good for me. Read on to find out exactly how it is good for you. If you’d told me then that in years to come I’d eat it constantly I’d never have believed you. Fast forward and here I am. I love it and it’s packed full of goodness – but do stop cooking long before it gets mushy 😉
