Personal Training sessions can be done wherever you feel most comfortable, in your local park, in your garden, or alternatively I have a small gym in my home.
Nutrition plan is included with all Personal Training, but there's no fad diets and no cutting entire food groups. Everything in moderation.
1-2-1 PT sessions are £25 and typically last around 50 minutes.
Small group PT sessions are a good way to save money and are typically £15 per person depending on numbers.
Hypopressive sessions are also done wherever you feel most comfortable, however they are better done indoors!
Hypopressive sessions are £30.
In all cases, travel may be added for locations a significant distance from Longniddry.
